Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information held by Reelvora Media Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the brand Reelvora Media. They also explain how to remove our connection to your Facebook or Meta account and request deletion of data associated with that connection.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you. California residents may exercise applicable rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have deletion rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable local law.

We will process eligible requests without unlawful discrimination. Certain rights are subject to exceptions, and we may need to retain limited information when permitted or required by law.

What We Delete

After verifying a valid request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester from our active systems, where reasonably identifiable. This may include contact details, account or profile information, messages submitted through our website, service-related communications, device or usage records linked to an identifiable person, and information received through a connected Facebook or Meta integration.

Deletion may not be instantaneous across encrypted backups. Information remaining in routine backup systems will be isolated from ordinary use and deleted according to our backup retention cycle, unless restoration is required for security or disaster recovery.

What We May Retain

We may retain records when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect users and our systems, detect fraud or security incidents, or establish and defend legal claims. We may also retain transaction documentation and legal, tax, bookkeeping, and accounting records for the periods required by applicable law. Where feasible, retained records will be limited to the information necessary for those purposes and access will be restricted.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address or other identifier used with Reelvora Media.
  3. A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information.
  4. Whether the request concerns our website, services, or a Facebook or Meta connection.
  5. Your Facebook or Meta user ID, if available and relevant to the request.
  6. Any details that will help us locate the applicable records without requesting unnecessary personal information.
  7. Your state or country of residence so we can apply the appropriate legal requirements.

Do not email passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

Data from Facebook/Meta

If you connected a Facebook or Meta account to Reelvora Media, first remove the integration through your Facebook settings. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, select Settings, locate Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, select the Reelvora Media integration, and choose the option to remove it. Menu names may vary by account or device.

Removing the integration stops future access but may not delete information previously shared with us. To request deletion of associated data from our systems, email us using the procedure above and identify the request as relating to Facebook or Meta data.

Verification

To protect personal information, we must reasonably verify that the requester is the person to whom the records relate or an authorized agent. We may confirm control of the relevant email address or ask questions based on existing records. We will request only information reasonably necessary for verification. Authorized agents may be required to provide signed authorization and confirmation of the consumer’s identity.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within seven days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably necessary because of request complexity, verification issues, or legal requirements, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timeframe.
